VENDOR FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All vendors need a "valid certificate of insurance"
and need to be onsite and set up by Wednesday!!

Q. Is there space left for 2008?
A. Yes Hawgstock 2008 has available vending spots.

Q. Who may apply for space?
A. Any individual (21 years or older), company,
corporation, partnership, institution, etc.

Q. How much is a vendor space?
A. A vendor space is 10' x 10' and is $90.00 however Each
10 x 10 space contracted comes with 1 vendor pass up to
a maximum of 6 passes to be included with any one vendor
contract. Electric will be an extra charge of $25.00 for a 15
AMP / 110 hookup and on a case by case basis from there
up, when considered reasonable. Water is available and
included with space / vendor contract.

Q. When and where may a person apply for vendor space?
A. Vendor applications are online under the Vendor Forms
area and accepted starting now for the August 2008 event.

Q. Does everyone who applies get a space?
A. Unfortunately, no. The number of new applications
received annually is far greater than available space. It is
also true that many applications must be denied because of
specific size and location requirements or because of late
receipt of application. As a part of its responsibility in
maintaining product balance on Hawgstock grounds, it
sometimes becomes necessary for the Hawgstock to deny
space requests because too many vendors wish to exhibit
or sell the same or related products.

Q. When are applicants notified?
A. The process of assigning space and notifying
prospective exhibitors goes on through the spring and
summer as adjustments are made and as late cancellations
are filled. In each case, however, a formal letter of
acceptance or denial is sent as soon as final determinations
are made. Contracts will be mailed June 2008 for the
August 2008 rally and must be returned with payment and
insurance information by August 1st 2008.

Q. If accepted, when are space payments due?
A. After acceptance, Vendors are sent a Hawgstock Vendor
Contract. This contract, along with the appropriate fees, and
insurance information must be returned to Hawgstock no
later than August 3rd 2007. Thus allowing us time to fill any
remaining space or cancellations.

Q. Must I apply each year?
A. Yes, if you are not selected for this year's rally. Contracts
are not held for more than one rally; new applications must
be submitted each year. This is because experience has
shown that a majority of applicants either change their
space requirements or change their minds about exhibiting a
product line from one year to the next.

Q. If my application cannot be accepted, should I try again
next year?
A. Definitely, yes. Remember, each year presents new
opportunity for prospective vendors. Circumstances
change, new space sometimes opens up. If you are not
accepted and have a question, contact us by using the

Q. Vendor tents, tables, chairs, misc.....for rent?
A. Hawgstock does not rent these items however.....Call
Dan Madison @ (515)462-4685 he is the man with the
above rental items and services Hawgstock.

Q. Will you put us on your waiting list?
NO, fill out the application for the year you want to vend with
us, follow the instructions and get us the information we
asked for! If you are approved, we will send you a contract!

Q. What happens if I don't have all of my information in, or
with me and still show up to vend at Hawgstock?
You will be notified that we do not have all of the necessary
information. From the point are notified, you can leave, or
pay the regular admission and stay with us as a guest for
the weekend and be unable to vend. YOU DID NOT
FOLLOW THE RULES OR MEET THE
REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH!
