Attention:  Poker Run Participants
The Hawgstock “Bother Bob’s Poker Run” held on Saturday, August 23rd 2008 begins at
8:00 am, last bike out by 10:00am.  Last Bike in by 3:00pm.  Hands will be drawn upon
return of Poker Stamp Card to the beer tent check point, all hands checked and the
winners announced on the main stage around 5:30pm.

2008 Poker Run Release
The UNDERSIGNED participant(s) being an owner, driver or rider of a motorcycle
entered in the 2008 Hawgstock, “Bother Bob’s Poker Run” which is an event offered by
the Hawgstock Motorcycle Rally put on by Hawg Lot Productions, Inc. in consideration of
participation in the rally acknowledge and agree to the following:

I as a participant am fully aware of the risks and hazards inherent to the operation of a
motorcycle both on and off road and elect voluntarily to participate in the rally and poker
run and to assume all risk or loss, damage, and injury that I as a participant my sustain.  

Participant for him/herself and his/her heirs and personal representative hereby
releases, discharges and agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the company and
entities (Hawg Lot Productions, Inc. and all other rally organizers, officials, participants,
associates, sponsors and their respective employees, volunteers, agents, officers,
directors, and shareholders) from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, actions, caused
by action, litigation, costs (including legal costs or fees) or liabilities arising out of or in
any way related to any loss, damage, or personal injury including death, that may be
sustained by participant.  (1) While in any way participation or preparing to participate in
the rally.  (2) In the operation of the motorcycle that the participant either owns,
commands, operates, rides or serves on, being driver or passenger of said vehicle.

This release and indemnification shall be binding upon my heirs, next of kin, distributors,
personal representatives, and assigns, and may not be changed or revoked.

I, the undersigned (participant), agree to participate in the 2008 “Bother Bob’s Poker
Run” under the terms and conditions outlined above.   I, the undersigned fully
understand that there are risks of personal injury or death, which may arise from such
participation and sign this release of my own accord.
