Renewals and New Applicants
Previous exhibitors / vendors are given first opportunity to
re-contract for space unless performance has been
unsatisfactory. Because of the large number of requests
for space and the large percentage of exhibitors / vendors
who wish to return each year, we usually only have limited
space available to new applicants or current exhibitors
who wish additional space. Therefore, it is usually April
before space vacancies can be determined for new
applicants.
Parking Additional Vehicles
A limited amount of interior reserved parking is available
to exhibitors and concessionaires at $50 for a car or van.
Because of limited availability, it should be purchased at
the time of contracting.
Insurance
All contractors must carry general liability insurance with a
minimum amount of $1,000,000.00 coverage. A
Certificate of Insurance must be provided showing this
coverage. The Certificate of Insurance must include the
statement "HAWG LOT PRODUCTIONS, INC. /
HAWGSTOCK MOTORCYCLE RALLY AUTHORITY,
THEIR OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS AS
ADDITIONAL INSURED." This coverage may be
purchased through HAWGSTOCK if purchased when a
space rental contract is accepted.

You need to rent a tent, table, chairs, etc for your booth?
