Hawgstock Motorcycle Rally 2010

This will be the 6th annual Hawgstock Motorcycle Rally in Winterset, Iowa. Motorcyclists come
from Iowa, and all different parts of the United States, to visit with friends and other like minded
adults, while they enjoy such things as live bands, contests, a bike show, field events, an
occasional hypnotist or comedian, and other entertainment.   There will be a wide range of vendors
selling a variety of food, as well as motorcycle-related merchandise. Hawgstock its self will be
selling t-shirts, koozies, coolers, pins, patches, snacks, beer, ice, soda and wine coolers.
Attendance at the Rally in 2010 is expected to be around 4,000!

In 2010 the 6th annual Hawgstock Motorcycle Rally will be held August 19th - 22nd. While most of
our vendors will return year after year, ocassionally we do have some openings available for both
food and merchandise vendors. Since 2005 was our first year in this location, we are still making
adjustments to the number and types of vendors needed.

We do not charge vendor space rent at a flat fee. Instead, we will be collecting a percentage of the
vendor’s gross sales made while on the Rally grounds (0% for sales $1 up to $999, 5% for sales
$1K to $2499.00, 7% for sales $2500.00 up to $4,999.00, and 10% for sales $5K and up) This
percentage is in addition to the $100.00 per 10 x 10 space non-refundable deposit / space rental-
lease fee that must be made at the time a contract is submitted.

We try to make every effort to provide reasonable space sufficient for the vendor to conduct
business. On the vendor application please check the appropriate space requirement for your
vendor space only. Your vendor space is the size you will need for your booth, tent, trailer or
whatever your vending set up is. This space will not include your camping requirements. Camping
is available, but may not be done within your booth and may not necessarily be adjacent to your
vendor space.

Electricity, if required is an additional $30.00 for a 110-15AMP hookup.
Additional electric is available on a case by case basis for an additional charge,
when considered reasonable. 50AMPs and above you will need to bring a generator.

The number of employees allowed at the Rally as part of the contract is restricted depending on
the type of business, and any additional employees must pay the same admission as our guests.

Each 10 x 10 space contracted comes with 1 vendor pass up to a maximum of 6 passes to be
included with any one vendor contract.

No one under the age of twenty-one (21)
is allowed at the Rally,
Not even your employees!

Food vendors must provide as part of their contract, a detailed list with prices of the food they
intend to sell so that we can be assured that we are offering our guests a variety of foods. We
reserve the right to disallow any food item. Merchandise vendors must also provide a detailed list
of the type of merchandise they sell. We reserve the right to disallow any merchandise item.

Hawgstock is not a club, nor associated with any club in particular.
Clubs and clubbers are welcome to attend the party,
and welcome to wear their colors with full respect for neutral grounds.
Hawgstock is a business venture and will continue to be treated as just that, a business.

Please understand that openings for new vendors are very limited.

Return your application by June 1st,

Contracts that are not received (or not complete with vendor fee paid)
by July 21st will be VOIDED,
and another vendor will be chosen to take your place!
